The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for the general public to hear about the achievements of the last year and plans for the next year.
We will start at 19:30 on Thursday 15 June meeting at Victoria Hall in Sutton Scotney, SO21 3GX. If the weather is fine we will walk to the Wonston Road railway bridge a few minutes away and hold the meeting outdoors. Parking is available opposite Victoria Hall.
